Submitted by admin on Tue, 04/27/2021 - 09:43

If you have received a mail asking you to click re-confirm your email address to avoid expiration, Please ignore!!!

Cybercriminals always come up with new ways of stealing your passwords to gain access to your mail boxes.

They claim that "your password has expired" therefore you need to use same password for verification.

How to stay safe

To avoid falling victim to phishing scams, we advise being cautious and following a few simple steps. Here’s what you don’t want to do:

  • Don’t panic.
  • Don’t respond to such e-mails
  • Don’t click on links in such messages.

What to do:

  • Ignore such emails
  • Use a reliable password manager, such as Kaspersky Password Manager, to store your strong, hard-to-remember passwords.
